Mental Health Navigation Services

The Mental Health Navigation Service is a Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) funded initiative designed to support youth (ages 13-24 years), and their families to quickly link to mental health resources in York Region.
This service supports by:

Bridging youth and their families to the most appropriate mental health and community services.

Providing information on mental health and available services.

Providing time-limited case management services.

Advocating for youth/family needs.

Providing consultation to professionals regarding community resources.
