Goal Focused Counselling and Therapy

York Hills Goal Focused Counselling and Therapy program is designed to help children, youth (ages 18 years and under) and their families address significant social, behavioural and emotional challenges.
This service supports by:

Developing a greater understanding of child, youth and family strengths and resources that are already present.

Identifying challenges that get in the way of reaching the vision of a preferred future.

Acquiring new skills and strategies to support improvement with identified challenges.

Supporting family linkages to available community services, and other supportive resources.
