York Hills Intake Department is where your journey begins. When you reach out to request services your concerns will be discussed and services available to you at York Hills and in the community will be explored.

This service supports by:

Finding out whether the concern you are calling about is best responded to by York Hills, or if there is a more suitable community resource.

Providing assistance in making referrals to other organizations, if and when they are needed.

Please call our Intake department 905-503-5406. families and community partners are welcome to either leave a message or use the referral form that applies.
