Please call our Intake department 905-503-5406. At times of high demand you may need to leave a voice message. Please let us know the reason you are calling and how best to reach you. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and outline your concern.
Your call or email will be responded to within five business days by one of our Intake Worker.
