Language plays an important role in our children’s mental health. It is an essential skill for learning and for building meaningful relationships. Sometimes, when our children behave in ways we don’t understand, language challenges may be at play. In this webinar, York Hills’ Speech-Language Pathologist, Vibhuti Bhatt, will invite caregivers to consider their child’s/youth’s language needs and how these needs relate to their social and emotional well-being. Strategies to create a communication and emotion friendly environment will be provided.
